With the advancing of the Internet, people’s daily life is becoming more and more dependent on it and traditional communities are transferring into smart communities. With the new age, smart communities are showing new trends, which is the Internet+Artificial Intelligence.

Artificial intelligence is a technology that “draws inspiration from human intelligence and simulates it through machines”. It is therefore a significant advanced technology to the human society and economic growth.

人工智能就是“理解人类智能的奥秘并在此基础上把人类智能在机器上模拟出来从而制造智能机器”的科学技术。因此，这是一门对于人类社会和经济发展具有特别重大意义的高新科学技术。

On ond hand, artificial intelligence can simulate explicit intelligence from humans and solve complex and difficult problems which makes it significant. On the other hand, artificial intelligence is not likely to simulate implicit intelligence of humans, and it is highly difficult to simulate humans’ ability to spot and define problems(and this is the core of human creativity).

一方面，人工智能可以模拟人类的显性智慧，可以帮助人们解决复杂问题和困难问题，因而具有特别重要的意义；另一方面，人工智能难以模拟人类的隐性智慧，难以模拟人类发现问题和定义问题的能力(这是人类创造能力的核心要素)。

Artificial intelligence system(smart machines) usually works like this: it first receives the problem, the goal, and the knowledge needed to solve the problem given by humans. Based on these, smart machines’ work includes:

人工智能系统(智能机器)的工作方式通常是：首先由人类给定求解的问题;问题求解的目标;求解问题的领域知识。在此基础上，智能机器的工作包括：

(1) Gathering information described above;

(1) 收集上述基本信息;

(2)Retrieving specific knowledge directly related the the problem given from the domain knowledge(if the knowledge is not enough to solve the problem more knowledge needs to be gained by learning);

(2) 从领域知识中提取与问题求解直接相关的专门知识(如果这些知识不足以求解问题，就要通过学习去获得更多的知识);

(3)Under the guidance and control of the goal and the support of the specific knowledge, finding the strategy to solve the problem;

(3) 在目标的导控下，在专门知识的支持下，找到求解问题的策略;

(4) Turning the strategy into action to solve the problem;

(4)把策略转换成行为去解决问题;

(5)If the result has error, feeding the error into the system input end as new information. By learning and adding knowledge it improves the strategy and improves the outcome of the solution. This process of feedback-learning-improvement may need to take several times. Ever time the outcome gets closer to the goal. The cycle repeats until the goal is achieved.

(5)如果求解结果存在误差，则把误差作为新的信息反馈到系统输入端，通过学习补充知识，优化策略，改善求解效果;这种反馈-学习-优化过程可能要进行多次，每次的结果都比前次更接近目标，如此循环往复，直至满意。

Therefore, artificial intelligence combined with the Internet will upgrade traditional Internet into “Intelligent Internet”. Obviously, the power of intelligent Internet is not comparable with the power of Internet today!

因此，人工智能与互联网相结合，将使传统的互联网升级为“智能化互联网”。显然，智能化互联网的工作威力，将不是现在的互联网的能力所能比拟的！

Artificial Intelligence+Internet will not just be application of cyber-technology in the field of artificial intelligence. Nor will it be just a mere upgrade of the Internet. Instead it will be a combination of the most advanced productive force and the best form of relations of production, thus forming the best way of production in the modern society.

人工智能+互联网”的意义就不再仅仅是互联网技术在人工智能科学技术领域的一般应用，也不仅仅是互联网的智能化升级，而应当是当今时代最先进的社会生产力与当今时代最先进的社会生产关系的有机结合，构成当今时代最先进的社会生产方式。

In summary, with the effective implementation of “artificial intelligence+ Internet”, it can elevate informatization to intelligentiztion and transfer the production methods of the industrial age into that of the intelligent age.

总之，通过“人工智能+互联网”的有效实施，将可把信息化升级为智能化，把工业时代社会生产方式转变为智能时代社会生产方式，也将有助于把“个人至上”的意识转变为“集体与个人和谐”的社会意识。
